Exchange

Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original unused condition. The cost of both way shipping is at the customer’s expense for exchange. 

Returns for refund

We only except return for refund when the mistake is made on our end. (For example: when we send you the wrong colour, wrong design, or wrong size.) Only under this circumstance, merchandise may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping within 30 days of purchase. 

 

Final Sale 

Custom order, sale and items purchased with a discount applied are final sale. 
All jewellery, perishables, bodycare and clothes accessory items are also final sale. 

Conditions

*All returns and exchanges must be requested by contacting us at info@uppdoo.com prior to shipment.

* Items sent for returns or exchanges must be in perfect condition, unused with all tags, dust bag & accessories in place. Returned items must be packaged safely in either the original shipping box or a comparable carton.

* We cannot accept returns or exchanges which are damaged or lost in transit or that are requested after the 30 day period.

*Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer except where an item is deemed faulty.

*Refunds & exchanges will be made within 7 business days of receipt of goods, via the same original payment was made. In the case of repairs and warranty claims, these items will be assessed within the same time-frame.

*When refunds are issued they will be applied to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was received, minus original shipping & any applicable return shipping costs.

*Uppdoo inc. is unable to refund any customs or duties incurred on items shipped outside North America.

Return Shipping

All returns must be authorized by Uppdoo inc. prior to return shipping. We do not accept returns which are sent without prior authorization. Please email us at info@uppdoo.com with your order details for a return number and return shipping instructions. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please note that returns received with duties, tariffs or import taxes attached will be refused. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that returns are sent free of c.o.d. restrictions.
